Hello,
My name is Elle through my journey, I’ve learned that just because things are broken doesn’t mean they are less valuable. Like the Japanese who believed that when something’s suffered damage and has a history, it becomes more beautiful. They aggrandize the damage by filling the cracks with gold. So now when you see my glow, recognize I’m mending my brokenness. It wasn’t easy and it’s still a work in progress but you too can implement the strategies of B.E.A.D.S..

BREATHE

But first breathe, I had the learn to breathe. In stressful situations it’s natural for anxiety to kick in. You can’t control everything but you can control your breath. With this peace, it’s easier to keep calm by letting go and letting God. Don’t loose yourself for others by giving them the reaction they want. Just breathe and be. As a preschool teacher, I had the pleasure of meeting Kira Willey and her song “Just Be” has saved me in many situations. Just the other day I had to sing it to focus myself. Eyes closed and everything...

EMBRACE

To embrace... to hug... to receive gladly. If I can’t and don’t embrace myself. Who else will? Hence Love Begins With Elle. Loving me is key so I’m starting to date myself. Yes, date. Getting to know me again and more importantly, treating myself. For 20 years, I’ve never been alone. It’s new for me and I’m taking it one day at a time. Knowing it’s okay to buy myself diamonds, flowers, and all the things that makes me happy. Like yummy Japanese food , vacations to paradise, and pamper days to the spa.

​ACCEPT

Accepting my part in navigating my own life and not looking for the satisfaction in others. People will want to be in my life and apart of my tribe for me simply being me. I’ve watch people change and fade like the fall leaves. It’s okay, it’s apart of the process. Like falling leaves they add nutrients to the soil and the roots of my standing half naked tree.

​DETERMINE

Determine... sounds so “official”!!! But when your officially ready to take control of your life, you ultimately make all the choices. If you don’t like the life your living, it’s up to you to determine your destiny. When I made the choice of reclaiming my life, it was so hard. I am still struggling so over the next few months, I’ll be planning and creating the life I once dreamed. It’s okay to dream because they too become living truths and realities.

SUCCESS

Success... everyone’s measurement of success is different. Mapping out a clear path for both my personal goals and business goals has helped me to recognize what I want. Once everything is checked off, that would equal success to me. It’s good to create both short term and long and term goals. Small goals to create a bigger picture. It’s okay to start over and begin on a clean canvas.

From childhood traumas, relationship issues, parenting and just being I’ve had to overcome a lot that I opted to just block out with I Love Juellez. From my thirst of knowledge of beads, gemstones, herbs, nature, and living a natural-ish life I welcome you!
